HTC One X the flagship of HTC … review

Standard

I had the chance to play with the HTC One X for 5 minutes and I am inloved. This smartphone is powered by Quad-core 1.5 GHz Nvidia Tegra 3 and 1 GB RAM and was first showed to the public at MWC 2012.

It has the Android 4.0 operating system and the new HTC Sense™ 4 witch give him a new unique look. Not like the other smartphone makers (Apple, Samsung, etc) HTC have just 32 GB of internal space storage.

I did like the new camera witch is a 8 MB with automatic focus, LED flash and BSI senzor for taking pictures in low light.

The camera is can can shoot at 1080p HD and can take pictures in same time, and this is great.

Next is the sound enhanched by Beats Audio but this is nothing new for HTC, others devices have this sound enhancement.

Next thing that I had noticed is the battery capacity witch is 1800 mA and this by my calculation will give a good time between recharging.

I had let the display at last becouse there I want to make a comapration with the Samsung Galaxy S 2 smartphone display:

HTC One X have a IPS LCD2 capacitive with 720 x 1280 pixeli resolution at a size of 4.7 inch. The Samsung Galaxy S2 have a SUPER AMOLED Plus with a resolution of 480 x 800 and a size of  4.3 inch.

The Amoled is the next generation but it consume more power than a LCD2, however Super AMOLED is having a great contrast. Now there is pluses and minuses but when playing with HTC One X i did not notice a difference. Becouse HTC One x have a greater resolution I will chose any time this smartphone against a Samsung Galaxy S2.

The Price:

At Amazon I found it at 874 US dolars unlocked and I think that is a good price. You can check now or buy it from here.
